European Courier offers a digital platform that connects senders with professional carriers for urban delivery management and last-mile logistics. The service includes route planning tools, real-time tracking, and load consolidation.
"User" means any natural or legal person who registers on the platform. "Carrier" is the self-employed professional or company that performs the delivery service. "Shipment" is the package or goods that are the subject of the contracted service.
To use the platform, it is necessary to create an account by providing truthful and complete data. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.
The user agrees not to use the platform for shipping goods prohibited by European or national legislation, including hazardous materials, illegal substances, or products requiring special authorization without the corresponding permit.
The carrier agrees to perform delivery services with professional diligence, meeting estimated deadlines and the sender's instructions. They must have the civil liability insurance required by current regulations.
The carrier accepts that the platform acts solely as a technological intermediary and assumes no responsibility for damage or loss during transport, except in cases expressly provided for in applicable legislation.
Self-employed carriers must prove their tax and employment status before starting operations. The platform reserves the right to verify such documentation periodically.
European Courier shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of the platform. The maximum liability in case of breach is limited to the amount of the contracted service for the affected shipment.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures beyond its control, or force majeure events. In such cases, users will be informed as far in advance as possible.
Liability is excluded for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, strikes, traffic restrictions imposed by competent authorities, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of European Courier or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
The user agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform, nor to use it for unlawful purposes or purposes not expressly authorized in these terms.
European Courier reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions set forth herein will result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of the user's account, without prejudice to any legal actions that may be taken. The user may request voluntary cancellation at any time by contacting our team.
